Kellie Arroyo
Founder & Principal Consultant
My approach is shaped by both professional experience and a lifelong exposure to business ownership. I grew up with entrepreneurial parents who built a nationwide business over the course of my childhood and into my adulthood, giving me early insight into company ownership, growth decisions, and the realities of running a business at scale.

Professionally, I served as Director of HR and Communications for a member-based organization, where I led HR operations, payroll coordination, recruiting, documentation, and all internal and external​
communications. In that role, I worked closely with leadership to support a diverse workforce and ensure that people practices, systems, and messaging were aligned and consistently executed.

A significant part of my work focused on marketing and communications strategy and execution. I created and managed a monthly magazine, along with email campaigns, digital communications, and promotional materials supporting events, initiatives, and ongoing engagement. This required thoughtful content planning, brand consistency, deadline management, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported startups building their first internal systems as well as established businesses needing to refresh, streamline, or stabilize how they operate and communicate. My experience spans HR operations, payroll, recruiting support, documentation, and marketing communications, allowing me to see how people, process, and messaging must work together for a business to function smoothly.
